Descripció i   Metodologia:   Teachers should adapt their methodology and curriculum to online tasks because of the present reality. Virtual Boxes are a way of working in different areas, in groups (or individual), and each box has a proposal where students find the tasks to complete.
Inside each Virtual box, students find the instructions to complete the box, the rubrics, the challenges, etc.
The curriculum of Department of Education demands that the methodologies for working with students online should be updated, to foster the skills that students will need at the end of compulsory schooling. Also, to make the learning process of students more attractive and meaningful for them.
We work with all areas, we find activities that promote and work in all the fields.
The intention is to transform analytical work from areas to more globalized work, combining different areas at the same time.
  
Objectius   1. To promote individual and collaborative work in order to improve the personal skills of every different student in order to achieve their personal goals
2. To create challenging materials that can have real interest and develop personal skills and competences
3. To develop learning activities that can foster the multiple intelligences that coexist by encouraging collaborative work
  
Continguts   Introduction. Who are we?
-Presentation of the course.
-Forum. Introduce yourself. Update your profile in Moodle.
M1 (1h). What can we find inside Virtual Boxes?
-What a Virtual Box is. Examples of Virtual Boxes.
-Different steps to prepare a V. Box.
-Challenge 1: solve the challenge to go to next step
Use of google slides, google sites, slides mania webpage, Wix webpage, AdobeSpark, etc.
M2 (1h). Let's start!
-Create groups and start.
-Share ideas with your tutor.
-The contextualization of the V. box.
-Challenge 2: Collaborate with several teachers in digital platforms to interact and create materials.
-Meet(1h). Presentation of the participants-course.
M3 (2h). Where are we?
-Articles and visuals. Innovative learning environments. Multiple intelligences. Inclusive schools and methodologies.
-Share opinions.
-Challenge 3: Use of google forms and other platforms to make students collaborate and participate in quizzes, etc.
M4 (3h). How can we plan challenging Virtual boxes? What learning goals should we set for our students?
-The competences and the learning objectives. The contents inside the V. Box.
-Forum task: groups will upload their drafts with competences and objectives. The partners in the course can have a look and give feedback to each other with ideas, opinions...about the uploaded draft doc (feedback with Vocaroo app).
-Challenge 4:Participate in online forums to analyze other teachers' work and give advice, opinions, etc.
Meet (1h). Online meeting: doubts and introduction of the following modules
M5 (2h). How do we create catchy titles for our V. boxes? What about the final products?
-Creating driving questions and guiding lines.
-Task 1: write some proposals of driving questions for you Virtual box.
-What is a final product? Some examples. Final products according to the different intelligences and having in mind the competences and objectives.
-Task 2: write some proposals for final products.
-Challenge 5: Use of learning apps.org, create qr codes, create digital environments for our students to learn virtually about a topic...
M 6 (4h). How can we engage students in group work?
-The role of the teacher and students within this methodology (guide/counsellor).
-How can teachers help with the students’ work.
-Shared Task: design some roles for students
-Individual Task: design a draft of an activity for your V. Box related to a competence of the curriculum and the objective you want your students to achieve. (padlet)
-Challenge 6: Feedback (1h): use of the rubrics PQP to give feedback to some draft activities.
M 7 (2h). Assessment for, assessment as, assessment of. How can feedback be formative?
-How to assess individual work and group work within this methodology.
-Templates/examples for assessing online the group work and individual work.
M8 (2h). How can we use this after all?
-Challenges for our students, how to create them?
-Finish your Virtual Box and Showroom.
-Assessment.

1. Disposar d'usuari XTEC actiu.
2. Haver certificat les activitats de formació adjudicades durant aquest curs acadèmic i l'anterior.
